Colin L. Soskolne, PhD, FACE - Professor  of Epidemiology University of Alberta - pioneered work on the links between degrading environmental condition and human health.

Michael Singer, Award-winning Artist and currently D.F.Schmidt Eminent Scholar in the Arts, Florida Atlantic University. His work is devoted to transforming public art, architecture, landscape and planning projects into successful models for urban and ecological renewal.
